What’s included in a Premium membership?

A Premium membership gives users access to ALL full courses, Short courses, video lessons and file downloads available on The Different Design. Premium members will also have access to course progress tracking, and course certification upon completion of any course undertaken.

I’ve created an account but can’t login. How can I login?

Upon registering an account with The Different Design, all users are required to verify their account via email, and will be prevented access to the platform until verification is complete. Once you’ve signed up, you will receive a verification email. Click the ‘Activate Account’ button to verify. This will allow you access to the site. Be sure to check your email’s junk folders for verification emails if you can’t find them in your email inbox. If you are still having issues logging in, please ill out a support ticket below, and our team will respond within 24 hours.

Why does an error message appear when I try to watch a video?

On rare occasions, you may be greeted with a message that reads ‘Sorry, because of its privacy settings, this video cannot be played here’. If you are seeing this message, there may be incompatibility with the browser window you are using to access the platform. To solve this, either open a new browsing window in private mode, or attempt to access the site with a different browser.
